Rewarding ourselves by receiving

Ever since we were born we are rising the energetic vibration of this planet by being present.

We came here with the deep inner program to seed our high vibrational energies and endlessly give, regardless of people around us acknowledge it or not.

Many of us are simply don't know any other way of living/functioning as this deep inner feeling is not something that we are able to 'switch off'.

Therefore we are not really comfortable with receiving and even when we do need help, asking for it makes us feel uneasy.

By our higher program we are givers and that is the only role what feels right for us.

However, we must recognize the changes that we are experiencing by being participants of this ascension process. Our inner/higher program is shifting and being altered as we are moving along with the ascension plan.

We cannot view ourselves as we used to and it is important to notice the results of our constant inner transformations.

Although we may still feel that we are givers, we may also realize that the pressure is off as well as more balanced.

Many of us experienced in our lives the strong sense of responsibility for others around us and most of the time even for those we just met and barely knew.

We respond for the needs of others instantly, almost as if we have an inner trigger within us and it activates us to feel responsible for them.

Our energy work has been based on this deep feeling of responsibility.

Consciously or unconsciously we always, always respond to others energetically regardless of the nature of their physical, mental or emotional needs.

This feeling of being responsible for those we share this life/ascension experience with might have been overwhelming for many of us at times.

We have easily lost focus on ourselves countless times during the process, because of the endless stimulation of others around us.

But as we are transforming and evolving, we may feel/experience more balance between giving and receiving.

We have already mastered the giving part of the process and it will go on effortlessly (as long as it needs to) therefore we can now actually shift our focus on receiving.

We all have our personal understanding about receiving and we all heard other people's advice, experiences, methods and perspectives on the subject.

So, we can choose to follow those recommendations or we can choose to listen to our inner/higher guidance thus our multidimensional selves.

When we manage to let go of earthly filters, illusionary boundaries, external influences then we are truly and utterly open to receiving and it takes a whole new universal meaning.

By Being open to receive with no limitations, we can begin a new phase of experiencing life on Earth.

Letting go of old identities and roles

When we incarnated onto this planet, we started an earth life experience based on our unique soul plans.

Most star seeds (like myself) have never been on this planet and although we came prepared for this physical existence, we still have our challenges.

We arrived with countless soul contracts that helped us throughout our lives and those contracts with other souls/people had been the foundation of our experiences.

As we have been fulfilling our contracts by interacting and connecting with each other, our process became extremely complex.

If you would take a moment and (try to) remember how many people you have had contact with in your life, then you'll know what I mean and you'll also understand that none of your interaction with others have ever happened by chance.

When we acknowledge this fact, then we can really feel the complexity of our soul plans and contracts.

Perhaps we think that some of our soul contracts are (seemingly) more important than others in our lives, however those are the ones we might have difficulties to let go of, when the contract had been fulfilled and the connection/interaction doesn't serve us and others any longer.

As we are fulfilling and experiencing numerous roles in connection to others, we naturally identify with those roles, thus become our identities.

But the longer we carry out certain roles the more challenging it will be to break free of them. And even if we feel that we are ready to move on, others around us might not be ready for changes, therefore they want us to keep playing our old roles and keep our old, familiar identities.

We all experience this kind of pressure time to time. But even if we give in to that pressure and might delay the changes, we simply cannot silence our inner voice/guidance that constantly encouraging us to move forward.

And with that task we are mostly alone, even though new soul contracts can and do surface to become active.

All of our identities and roles we carry out, meant to be temporary and for many people it isn't an easy concept.

Clearly we are all experiencing this ascension process differently as we are doing our very best to follow our soul plans, however we cannot allow outer pressure or influences to override our deep seeded inner truth.

Holding on to any identity or role after it fulfilled it's purpose is one of the many reason why people can feel stuck and unable to move on.

As we are releasing old identities and roles we often feel uneasy, because the road ahead of us is unknown. But, instead of thinking and stressing about 'what's next' we can focus on what's already present within us.

In truth, we are multidimensional beings, therefore every time we release an (earthly) identity or role we remove a filter. Our perception of ourselves can shift significantly as we remove more and more filters, thus our true multidimensional existence can emerge strongly, with more clarity and (in time) will take over.

This is an important inner work for all of us and we might not be supported by external circumstances, nevertheless we need to complete this task in order to move on to our new multidimensional existence/experience within our upgraded physical forms.

When we keep focusing on our inner transformations the outside influences will loose their effect on us.

Our energies are extremely high vibrational on this planet and we must feel, experience, acknowledge this fact without all earthly/limited filters!

The feeling of emptiness

The feeling of emptiness

During this ascension process we often experience overwhelming physical, mental and emotional symptoms. Over the years we have learned and by now know that, all is temporary. The symptoms are coming and going as we are releasing old energies from our bodies and replacing them with high vibrational energies.

Nevertheless when we feel empty within, that is one of the most confusing state for us to be in. We feel as if nothing matters any longer. We don't feel connected to basically anything. Everything that's been exciting in our lives and we have felt passionate about it, is seemingly gone. We view our previous experiences in a very different light as we feel far and distant from it all.

Many people simply label it as depression and because in their mind they have a name for the feeling, that's enough reason for them to dismiss the experience, after all depression is a common and well known thing/word.

But in truth, when we feel empty within, we are going through significant restructuring and transformation on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

If we choose to pay attention to our emotions, thoughts and beliefs during the time of emptiness then we are consciously participating in our transformation period.

We can understand and follow our process of letting go of old feelings, old way of thinking and old, overrated notions.

And that is the effect of the infinite incoming high vibe energies. When ever we are releasing our low vibrational experiences from the past, we are open to fill that temporarily 'empty space' within us with universal energies instantly.

We are simply exchanging energies and by recognising that, it can help with the process.

A few days ago I was talking with a friend of mine. She is a new mum with a 3 months old baby. She is also a star seed who gave birth to a high vibrational child, filled with golden light energy.

Recently she went through a deep emotional transformation what was necessary for her in order to shift closer to the vibration of her baby.

She needed to release old, worrisome emotions from within, because those energies were interfering with her transforming frequency.

As all star seeds are, my friend is a high vibrational being, nevertheless she is just like all of us, had been effected by low vibrational emotional experiences throughout her life on Earth.

But she has started a new experience with a golden child, therefore it was essential to let go of old energies and shift to a new level. By releasing old emotions, she made it possible for herself and the baby to have an incredible new experience that is not effected by or based on any old emotions/energies.

She gained clarity during our talk, and as always, a clear understanding of the process is helpful in times of emotional confusion.

When we are feeling empty, we can choose to stay within that deep emotional nothingness or we can shift our focus and change the experience.

The fact is, when we are in that haze of nothingness and feeling detached from everything, we actually have the opportunity to begin sensing the new that comes with the restructuring. The new higher truth, the new higher emotions are already present during our transformation period and by focusing on them, we can alter the state of confusion thereby changing the experience.

This ascension process is challenging and pushing our illusionary limits constantly, however we also have the possibility to make it easier for ourselves by consciously choosing the focus of our attention.

Infinite love is our home energy

Infinite love is our home energy

We crossed over the last gateway of this year on 21/12 and it provided us with a great opportunity to shift energetically ones again.

This gateway opening was a big finale of all that we have experienced throughout the year in regards of Universal energies.

We have been frequently receiving all sorts of high vibrational energies on the daily bases, however as we have passed through this gateway, we may now feel a sense of completion.

We may feel that we have finally integrated all universal energies that makes up our new energy blueprint in physical form.

And we also feel complete, because in truth, we are filled with our high vibrational home energies.

All star seeds have conscious or unconscious memories of existing in higher realities and dimensions, before they incarnated on this energetically dense planet.

And when we remember of or reconnect to those higher realms and existences, then we truly feel at home.

We instantly feel infinite love and within that, we feel free, independent and limitless.

The challenge for star seeds always had been to integrate all higher, universal energies within our physical form and energy fields, while constantly surrounded by much denser energies.

It's been already a long and tiring road for many of us, but at last, with the final gateway opening we experienced an incredible energy shift within and as a result, we feel closer to home, than ever before.

Experiencing and feeling infinite love energy in physical form is a new accomplishment for star seeds on this planet.

Anchoring and holding pure yet complex universal energies within our bodies and energy fields is our new form of existence.

Although, star seeds are more than familiar with these energies, nevertheless it is a new experience for us to ground and insert them into this realm through our bodies and fields for the benefit of others.

We have had our challenges along the way, but we have made it to a new high by being utterly filled with all of our high vibrational home energies.

Feeling and interacting with infinite love energy, regardless of any and all circumstances is definitely a new way of experiencing this physical realm.

The intensity of these energies are rapidly growing since the last gateway has opened and because it will stay open, just like all others, the stream of universal energies are truly limitless.

All universal gateways are open and constantly supplying each of us with unlimited high vibrational energies, therefore I wish to remind you all to keep on integrating them, until you feel nothing but infinite love.

Ascended masters are all around us

Ascended masters are all around us

Last week a friend of mine called me and said, she is sensing some sort of non-physical/energy in her apartment that she is not familiar with. The presence of this entity had triggered fear within her for different reasons.

Firstly, because her mind went straight back(wards) to past experiences what she have had with negative energies.

Secondly, the magnitude of this energy was unknown to her, therefore she felt overwhelmed by it.

As we talked, I had an instant read on the energy and I told her what I perceived, that she has an ascended master in her space.

The knowing and understanding of this information calmed her down immediately and she is having a very positive and uplifting experience since.

Ascended masters are indeed within our spaces, thus in our realities and they make their presence known to us one way or another.

Several months ago I had a vivid (non-physical) image of them as well. I saw countless ascended masters all around me and this experience was unlike any other I have ever had before.

We are having new experiences with the ascended masters, just like with so many things this year.

In the past we often interacted with all kind of non-physicals, including ascended masters in our dreams. During the night we are open and often completely disconnected from our physical realities, therefore connecting with and visiting higher realms and high vibrational Beings is effortless for us while we are sleeping/dreaming.

But, as we shift and evolve to higher levels of awareness, we alter our experiences with the non-physicals.

The most significant change we may notice is that, sensing and being with ascended masters is no longer limited.

We do not need to disconnect from our (every day) realities in order to be with them, because they are constantly within our physical realm.

We don't even have to close our eyes any more to connect and feel their presence as it is clear and strong, day or night.

Why are they here?

We can find answers to that question by focusing on our unique personal experiences with them, on the daily basis.

But in general, they are most definitely here to empower us and remind us of how magnificent we truly are with our own infinite powers.

So, I wish to inspire you all to keep connecting in new ways to the ascended masters and let go of old (limited) beliefs and experiences with the non-physicals.

We are more than ever sharing our earthly realm with them, thus sharing our new experiences with them also and this is an exciting and uplifting element of the overall ascension plan.

As we stay open and willing to share, their empowering effect on us, can and will manifest through us in unlimited ways.

Where are you at in your process?

Where are you at in your process?

We are frequently using the phrase 'ascension process' as if that is something beyond us or bigger than us, but in fact that is life for us. We are here to be part of this universal process (experiment), therefore it is our lives.

At times it might feel bigger than us and we find it challenging to keep moving forward within the process, but we only feel this way because it is indeed a unique experience for all us.

We have no guide book to follow, as nobody before us went through this experience. So, we are the ones writing this universal guide book for ourselves and all we can do is to offer support for each other along the way.

What makes this process extremely complex is that all of us living on this planet are unfolding our soul plans and having our individual experiences day after day in all kinds of circumstances.

And for this reason it's understandable that all of us are on different levels and stages within the process, thus in our awareness.

I remember many years ago, I went to see a spiritual practitioner in the hopes of finding answers to my questions. I visited her several times, but only to realize that she couldn't really help me with anything, because I was already on a completely different stage/phase in my process than she was.

If you are a star seed, you might have had similar experiences with practitioners and/or methods, that seems to work for others but not for you. (And there is a reason for that.)

This life/ascension process feels endless for us and in many ways actually it is.

By participating in this experience we often feel overwhelmed as we are shifting up to new/higher levels of awareness with every incoming energy wave and gateway opening, thus altering our lives rapidly.

Therefore it can be comforting to know and see what stages we are at in certain times within our process.

Acknowledging how much we have evolved and changed is important for us in order to have the strength to keep moving forward. But it can also be challenging and even strange to see ourselves anew when our surroundings appears to be all the same.

My soul has a unique way of showing me vivid visions about my process at any time, but I know that not everyone has the same connection with their inner guidance yet.

When my friends and clients ask me to see and clarify for them the changes that they are experiencing, they find comfort in my readings and it also empowers them. 

They learn to trust and listen to more of their own inner guidance and inner truth.

Reading people and seeing beyond what is physical comes naturally to me, therefore I've never felt the need to mystify or label it.

Having a clear connection with our souls is the true way of learning about ourselves and I'm glad to be in a stage where I can assist others to have clearer understanding of themselves at times of rapid and significant changes.

Establishing energetic connections with others can be effortless when/if we focused on it and allow it.

But the depth and clarity of what we are able to see and feel about ourselves and others is depending on the level of our awareness.

As we evolve higher and higher in our consciousness we begin to see and feel more of the truth and less of illusions.

Recognizing and understanding your current level of awareness can help you to shift higher and so you will, when ever you are ready and feel guided.

Star seeds are expanding

Star seeds are expanding

I wrote about high vibrational energy waves in my previous post, but of course we are also being effected by other types of universal activities, such as huge gateway openings. 

And we had many of those, throughout this year.

None of these activities are really new for us, however I've noticed a significant change in our interaction with universal energies.

In the past, year after year we have been transmuting and/or transmitting all sorts of energies for the masses. 

This is a fact, regardless of people around us acknowledging it or not. 

The major part of our energy work has never been about us or for us, as all star seeds are here to participate in an overall ascension plan.

But, our interaction became personal with the incoming energies this year.

We have been guided to shift our focus to ourselves, thus to our own individual processes. And so we had been releasing everything that is old and is not up to date in our lives. 

All of the gateways and energy waves provided us with infinite high vibrational universal energies to replace the old. We have had countless opportunities to integrate pure energies into our physical, mental and emotional bodies, this is what we have been experiencing day after day.

And all of the universal energies we integrated, became our new energy structure. 

All that is within us now.

What I'm seeing (since 01/12) is that our energy fields our expanding significantly. 

Our bodies went thorough all major transformations already and now, our energy fields are transforming too.

You perhaps still have that old (used to be popular) image of an aura in your mind, where a thin layer of energy surrounds a body, then it's time to let that picture go, because we are way past that.

Our expended energy fields are truly magnificent and I'd like to inspire you all to tune in, see it and feel it!

Having a conscious connection with our energy fields and a clear understanding of them, is important at this time in our process.

What I'm also seeing is that, all of the gateways that opened this year are in close connection with our energy fields and constantly interacting with us through this way.

So, if you would take some time to remember how many powerful gateway activities we experienced, you could feel and envision the significance of such interactions.

This activity will go on until 21/12 as far as I can tell based on higher information that I received.

I felt guided to share this information here, therefore I believe many of you might benefit from it.

Shifting our focus on our expending energy fields is essential this month and then we'll see moment to moment where this experience will take us.
